Thursday one week ago, I had my first french horn lesson. I'm practicing every schoolday and I'm already able to play Fa, So, La, Si, Do, Re, Mi, Fa, So and La. In Latvia, they still have this way to name to notes. For other people: I can play f, g, a, h, c', d', e', f', g' and a'.
I really like the sound of the french horn, that's why I decided to use my chance that my school in Latvia is kind of a music school, and learn it.
Maybe it's stupid to start learning a new instrument even though I've got only four more months in Latvia, but I don't care. The next two years in German school will be very stressful, so I probably wouldn't find time to start a new instrument then.
Exchange is the time when we get the chance to try whatever we'd like to. And I think we should use it.
